Cbtalents is hiring an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a remote, Portugal-based project.

You will provide customer support in Italian and English, troubleshoot technical issues, document cases accurately, and help turn challenging situations into positive experiences. Relocation support is provided; candidates must be based in Portugal or be eligible for EU relocation.
