WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will support customers in Italian via multiple channels, handle inquiries, and ensure a high-quality experience.

The role offers paid training and an international, multicultural team. Ideal candidates communicate effectively in Italian and English, enjoy problem-solving, and can work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 for customer communications.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
