WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You’ll join an international team, handle inquiries in Italian, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role offers paid training, a competitive salary, and full relocation support for EU movers. Work is remote from anywhere in Greece with 5 days/week shifts.

Requirements include fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+); previous support experience is a plus, but not required.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level and English at least B2+.
• Experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and empathy for customers.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using CRM and multiple applications.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
