WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from anywhere in Greece. You will provide professional support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, resolve inquiries, and document interactions in CRM.

No prior experience is required, but strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The role includes fully paid training, a 14-salary annual package, and a performance bonus up to 10% in a dynamic, international team.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) for training and support.
• Previous customer support experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international team.
