WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work remotely from Greece. You will provide support in Italian, respond to inquiries, and help customers with platform questions while maintaining high satisfaction. Training is fully paid and relocation support is available for EU relocations.

Competenze
- Fluent Italian (C1/C2) with English (B2+) for training and internal communication.
- Experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
- Able to work remotely from Greece or relocate within the EU.
Mansioni
- Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
- Assist customers with platform, product and service questions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
- Document interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
- Follow quality and productivity standards in daily work.
- Help customers understand features and usage of the platform.
