WW Talents in Greece is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team. This fully remote role requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+), with training provided from day one and relocation support for EU movers.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, document interactions in CRM, and help customers navigate the platform. The schedule includes rotational shifts in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English – B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
