WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join a multinational team. This fully remote role in Greece offers paid training, a competitive salary package, and relocation support for EU candidates.

You will support Italian customers via phone, email and chat, use CRM systems, and contribute to a multicultural, fast-paced environment with rotating shifts.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) with strong English (B2+) for training and collaboration.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and troubleshooting.
• Experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards while helping customers understand features.
