WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will handle inquiries in Italian and English, provide top-notch support via phone, email, and chat, and document interactions in our CRM.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level and English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple applications.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
