WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team. The role is 100% remote from Greece, with rotational shifts and a focus on delivering excellent customer service in Italian and English.

You will receive fully paid training from day one, a salary of €1,050 gross per month paid in 14 salaries, and full relocation support if you move from another EU country. Join a multicultural environment with growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian with C1/C2 level.
• English at B2+ level for training and communications.
• No prior experience required; customer support experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
• Document interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand features and usage.
