WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remote from Greece. You will support customers in Italian, with English for training, joining an international team and receiving paid training plus relocation support if moving from another EU country.

The role features a 5‑day week with rotating shifts (08:00–00:00), a salary of €1,050 gross per month paid 14 times per year, a performance bonus up to 10%, and a multicultural, growth-focused environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
