Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport or a valid Greek work permit.
• Proven experience in customer service or travel industry is preferred.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
• Excellent communication, empathy and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class assistance to Avis customers regarding vehicle rentals and travel logistics.
• Manage reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations with high professional standards.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within travel industry CRM systems.
• Collaborate with international team members to uphold the premium brand image of Avis.
• Provide expert guidance on travel insurance, vehicle categories, and service packages.
