XCEED is seeking a Junior Partnerships Manager to drive new business in Italy, focusing on lead generation, prospecting, qualification, pitching and negotiation. You will report to the Senior Partnerships Manager and grow our footprint with venues, festivals and promoters across the Italian market.

Competenze

• Experience in nightlife/events/music sales or partnerships.
• Ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and autonomous in early sales cycle.

Mansioni

• Build and manage a sales pipeline across Italy, preferably in Northern and North-East Italy, with strong CRM hygiene.
• Lead generation, discovery calls, qualify leads, and drive next steps with high autonomy.
• Prepare and deliver light product pitches and demos.
• Develop relationships through online channels and in-person presence where it matters.
• Communicate clearly with prospects, handle objections, and close.
• Keep execution clean through structured follow-ups, accurate notes, and reliable forecasting inputs.
