Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Italian Customer Care Agent for E‑Commerce to support customers across online and offline channels. The role is remote in Greece and targets native Italian speakers with a background in retail or e‑commerce, enabling high‑quality service and issue resolution.

You will handle orders, returns, and product inquiries, maintaining accurate records while coordinating with teams to resolve logistics challenges.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport or work permit.
• Prior experience in retail, customer service or e‑commerce is preferred.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate CRM systems.
• Excellent communication with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Reliable and able to thrive in a remote work environment in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service via phone, email and chat for a global retail brand.
• Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and product inquiries.
• Resolve complex issues across online and offline store experiences.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve logistics/supply chain issues.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction scores with efficient brand‑aligned solutions.
• Stay updated on retail trends and product launches to provide expert guidance.
