Mercier Consultancy Group seeks an Italian Customer Advisor to join a remote team based in Greece. Native Italian speakers will provide support via phone, email, and chat to a global client base.

You will handle inquiries, maintain records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service. Relocation to Greece is provided with health insurance and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Experience in customer service or client-facing role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in customer support software and CRM systems.
• Able to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide comprehensive support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
