Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Field Applications Specialist (f/m/d) in Rome, Italy. You will install and maintain diagnostic instruments, train customers, and support field operations to ensure optimal performance and data quality.

This role is part of the European Implementation Team and requires extensive travel across the region. The ideal candidate holds a university science degree with hematology experience, is fluent in Italian and English, and can travel as needed.

Competenze

• University degree in science with at least 1 year of experience in hematology.
• Fluent in Italian and professional English; a third European language is a strong plus.
• Ability to travel and provide field service with overnight stays as needed.

Mansioni

• Install and maintain Beckman Coulter Diagnostics instruments and systems in hospitals and laboratories.
• Provide excellent customer service, training, and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Maintain logs and internal records; support customer satisfaction and contract retention.
• Extensive travel (up to 90%) within the territory with potential overnight stays.

Formazione

University scientific degree + 1 year hematology experience
