Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Rome is seeking a Hardware Immuno System Technical Support Specialist. This role is critical for providing support to ensure customer satisfaction with our diagnostic hardware products. The ideal candidate must have a background in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics and at least 3 years of experience in technical support within the medical device industry.

This remote-based role requires approximately 70% travel across Europe. The Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer assistance, ensuring effective technical solutions are provided.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support with hardware systems in diagnostics or medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of diagnostic hardware systems including installation and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose complex hardware issues.
