AGCO is seeking a skilled service specialist to support the IDEAL combine line by delivering targeted solutions and guiding the global field team. You will lead root cause analyses, coordinate with engineering, production and quality to resolve complex issues, and publish knowledge for future troubleshooting.

Based in Italy, you will work within a global service organization to shape the support ecosystem and knowledge base, empowering dealers and customers through training and field experience.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive technical knowledge in harvesting equipment and combines (mechanical, hydraulic, electronic).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience with repair actions and service operations processes; understanding of parts management and dealer network dynamics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with dealers, customers and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with diagnostic/reporting tools.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration across departments.
• Customer-oriented mindset and diagnostic/root-cause analysis.
• Electrical and hydraulic system knowledge and mechanical drive systems.

Responsabilités

• Handle technical inquiries related to IDEAL combines including hydraulic and electronic functions
• Lead root cause analyses and act as moderator for the service organization
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge on IDEAL combines across electronics, hydraulics, drive systems, engine and future tech
• Research, investigate and troubleshoot product concerns; drive root cause analyses using AGCO systems and tools
• Provide and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles to support troubleshooting
• Support product and quality improvements and dealer service capability
• Participate in training and field visits to stay updated on technical support initiatives
