Job summary

AGCO is seeking a field-oriented technical specialist to support the IDEAL combine line. You will handle complex inquiries, lead root cause analyses, and coordinate with engineering, production and quality to resolve issues and publish troubleshooting knowledge.

You will operate within a global service organization to shape the support ecosystem, empower dealers and customers, and drive improvements in product quality and service capability.

Qualifications

• Extensive technical knowledge of harvesting equipment and combines (mechanical, hydraulic, electronic).
• Able to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience with repair actions and service operations processes.
• Excellent communication with dealers, customers and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across departments.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with diagnostic/reporting tools.
• Electrical and hydraulic system knowledge; mechanical drive systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical inquiries related to IDEAL combines including hydraulic and electronic functions.
• Lead root cause analyses and act as moderator for the service organization.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge across electronics, hydraulics, drive systems, engine for IDEAL combines.
• Research, investigate and troubleshoot product concerns; drive root cause analyses using AGCO systems and tools.
• Provide and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles to support troubleshooting.
• Support product and quality improvements and dealer service capability.
• Participate in training and field visits to stay updated on technical support initiatives.
