Job summary

Fieldpiece Instruments, Inc. in Rome / Lazio Region is seeking an entrepreneurial Territory Sales Manager to own distributor growth and lead sales across HVACR products. You will train distributors, build relationships, and drive opportunities while traveling 2–3 overnight trips weekly.

You’ll operate as an independent contributor, living in the Rome metro or Lazio area, and collaborate with an international team to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience selling through distribution channels.
• Experience in HVACR or related industry with distributor networks.
• Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and provide training/demonstrations.
• Excellent training, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Professional-level English with fluency in Italian.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales by developing relationships with existing and new HVACR distributors within the territory.
• Partner with distributor sales teams through product training, joint sales calls, demonstrations, and sales support.
• Provide training to sales teams and HVACR technicians.
• Identify new business opportunities and execute territory growth plans to increase market share.
• Represent Fieldpiece at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
• Manage your sales pipeline, market intelligence, and customer activity in CRM while collaborating with the EMEA sales team.
