Zusammenfassung

ThermoKey is seeking an Area Manager for our Rivarotta site in Udine, Italy. You will develop and manage the refrigeration and HVAC market, working closely with Sales and Technical Sales teams. The geographical area will be defined by experience, skills and language capabilities.

The role involves developing the customer portfolio, negotiating and supporting quotations, and representing the company at trade fairs to drive growth in the region.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5-6 years of commercial experience within the heat-exchanger, HVAC or industrial refrigeration sector.
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
• Excellent command of a third language.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented approach and ability to manage customers independently.
• Motivation to progressively build and develop a geographical sales area.

Aufgaben

• Manage and develop the customer portfolio within the assigned geographical area.
• Analyse customers’ technical requirements and propose suitable solutions in collaboration with the Technical Department.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial quotations.
• Manage commercial negotiations through to order confirmation.
• Monitor market developments, industry trends and competitors.
• Participate in relevant trade fairs and industry events when required.
• Maintain close collaboration with internal teams to ensure the effective development of commercial opportunities.
