Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an HR Business Partner or HR Director based in Italy to align people strategies with business and financial goals. You will oversee the employee lifecycle, planning, engagement, retention and HR process implementation across a globally distributed, remote-first organization.

You will work with international teams and business leaders to optimize staffing, drive performance, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in an HR Business Partner or HR Director role in an international digital/IT/product company.
• Experience implementing core employee lifecycle processes: hiring, onboarding, training & development, succession planning, termination, performance evalution.
• Experience managing payroll budgets, turnover, workforce efficiency, engagement and retention with measurable impact.
• Operational knowledge of compensation, benefits, HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Strong business acumen with a results-oriented mindset translating HR initiatives into measurable outcomes.
• Excellent analytical skills with data-driven approach to performance trends and problems.
• Strong project management skills coordinating multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Persistence, resilience and ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Development-oriented mindset focused on achievement and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Align people strategies with the core business unit's objectives and financial targets.
• Oversee workforce planning and staffing, probation completion and performance expectations.
• Lead initiatives to improve engagement, retention and long-term commitment.
• Manage complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, succession, performance, offboarding.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and processes for compliance and consistency.
• Monitor HR metrics: payroll budgets, turnover, efficiency, engagement and loyalty.
• Apply compensation and benefits expertise and workforce analytics for informed decisions.
• Measure manager and employee satisfaction and continuously improve HR services.
• Partner with leaders to address organizational challenges and achieve business goals.
• Direct multiple HR initiatives with clear outcomes, priorities and deadlines.
