Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions in Italy seeks an HR Business Partner to support the Italian organization, overseeing all HR activities for a population of approximately 60 employees during a period of significant transformation.

You will report to the General Manager in Italy, with a functional line to the South Europe HR Manager, balancing hands-on HR management with data-driven insights and strategic support. Travel to Southern Italy is required during the onboarding phase.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner or generalist in education or similar
• Experience in a private equity-backed or fast-paced, performance-driven environment is a plus
• Strong knowledge of HR processes: employee relations, recruitment, performance management and compensation & benefits
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and actions
• Fluent English and excellent interpersonal communication across all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Act as main HR point of contact for employees and managers in Italy.
• Support organizational development, workforce planning and people management.
• Manage employee relations and day-to-day HR activities, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards, monitor HR metrics and present insights to leadership.
