AGCO is seeking a technical support specialist for its IDEAL combine line. You will deliver targeted service solutions, lead root cause analyses, and coordinate with engineering, production and quality to resolve complex issues.

You will act as a gateway for technical queries, publish knowledge for future troubleshooting, and empower dealers and customers through training and field experience in a global service organization.

Formación

• Comprehensive knowledge of harvesting equipment and combines (mechanical, hydraulic, electronic).
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on IDEAL combines.
• Experience with repair actions and service operations processes.

Responsabilidades

• Handle technical inquiries related to IDEAL combines including hydraulic and electronic functions
• Lead root cause analyses and moderate the service organization
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge on IDEAL combines across electronics, hydraulics, drive systems
• Research, investigate and troubleshoot product concerns; drive root cause analyses using AGCO systems and tools
• Provide and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles to support troubleshooting
• Support product and quality improvements and dealer service capability
• Participate in training and field visits to stay updated on technical support initiatives
