Jobgether in Italy seeks a Staff Product Manager for Hotel Onboarding & Connectivity to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for hotels. You will lead a small squad of engineers and a designer, define the roadmap, and partner with Operations, Growth, and Marketing to remove bottlenecks and scale connectivity.

You will drive AI-powered onboarding improvements, manage complex integrations, and measure success with clear metrics in a fast-moving, autonomous environment.

Formación

• Experience leading a product area across multiple functions.
• Proven ability to scale partner onboarding and integrations.
• Strong product strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Commercial judgment including pricing or monetization.
• Data-driven with defined success metrics.
• Experience in hotel distribution or travel tech is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategy, vision, and roadmap for hotel onboarding.
• Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers.
• Improve onboarding journeys for different hotel segments.
• Drive onboarding automation to enable quick sale readiness.
