Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Game Producer: Platform Games in Italy to oversee the end-to-end development of engaging, short-session titles across digital platforms. You will turn ideas into launches, manage production from strategy to live operations, and collaborate with internal developers and external studios to keep projects on schedule and within quality expectations.

You will lead Agile and Scrum processes, monitor KPIs, manage platform submissions, and drive growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Game Producer or Associate Producer.
• Experience shipping titles with internal and external teams.
• Knowledge of Unity and HTML5 game development pipelines.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of multiple game titles from concept to live operations.
• Develop game strategies and pitch new titles/IPs for the portfolio.
• Coordinate internal teams and external studios to maintain alignment and on-time delivery.
• Lead Agile/Scrum processes, sprint planning, and roadmap tracking across titles.
• Maintain production trackers and dashboards with status, milestones and dependencies.
• Manage platform partner submissions, requirements and launch certifications.
• Monitor KPI metrics and provide weekly performance reports.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans for timely launches.
• Explore new distribution channels to expand the portfolio.
• Use data and stakeholder feedback to prioritize improvements.
