Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Italy seeks an experienced Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement to lead strategic initiatives across the full delivery lifecycle. You will work with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to translate complex business needs into actionable plans, enabling tangible organizational impact.

You will guide governance, risk management, and executive decision-making while applying Agile and hybrid delivery methods to continuously improve

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience including 3–4 years leading projects or change initiatives.
• Degree in PM, Business Admin, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or related discipline.
• PM certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid and traditional PM methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and PM tools.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects across the full lifecycle from initiation to close-out.
• Define objectives, scope, success measures, and delivery plans.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and requirements gathering to set clear business needs.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies and change requests with escalation options.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to align deliverables.
• Present executive updates, risk assessments, and decision materials.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery through backlog and roadmap planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across communications, marketing, and partnerships.
• Strengthen governance and project management maturity through best practices.
• Coach stakeholders on effective delivery, governance, and collaboration.
