Jobgether is seeking an i2nd Level Supporter - E-banking for a fully remote freelance role based in Italy. You will provide advanced technical support for e-banking platforms, troubleshoot complex incidents, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners. German and French language support is a central part of the role.

Ideal candidates have several years in technical customer support, strong OS and security knowledge, and a proactive approach to process improvement and documentation.

Formación

• Multiple years in technical customer support, ideally in second-level role.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Strong IT security and IAM knowledge with 2FA/MFA.
• Fluent German and French; Italian/English a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide second-level technical support for digital services and e-banking.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents affecting banking apps.
• Manage incident tickets with timely follow-up and resolution.
• Offer telephone-based support in German and French.
• Handle requests via phone, email, and remote access tools per SLAs.
• Prioritize and coordinate incidents by urgency and complexity.
• Escalate complex issues to internal or third-level teams.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to implement solutions.
• Maintain documentation of cases, investigations, and resolutions.
• Help improve support processes and tools.
