IDEXX is seeking a Field Support Representative for Italy to work closely with Field Sales and Customer Support, educating and training veterinary clinics on IDEXX products and services. The role involves onsite training, remote work from a home office, and regular travel across Italy to support customers and events.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementations, drive adoption, and identify additional IDEXX solutions that improve workflows and patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a veterinary clinic, veterinary industry, diagnostic laboratory, practice management, or customer training environment.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse customer types.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and mobile devices.

Responsabilités

• Install, onboard, and train veterinary clinic teams on IDEXX products and services.
• Visit customers across the assigned territory and travel as needed.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues with internal teams.
• Support new customer implementations and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and Customer Success to meet customer needs.
• Identify opportunities for additional IDEXX products and services.
• Research customer accounts prior to visits to anticipate needs.
• Document interactions and maintain records in company systems.
• Support quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
