Raymarine is seeking a motivated Product Support Specialist to provide field-based technical assistance for Raymarine and related products. You will diagnose issues and work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction across Italy and nearby territories.

The role involves direct interaction with OEMs, dealers, and end users, supporting trade shows and product demonstrations. Travel across Italy and other Mediterranean markets is expected.

Competenze

• Technical or scientific qualification (degree or diploma).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive approach with initiative and self-motivation.
• Good level of English.
• Proficient with IT systems and standard computer applications.

Mansioni

• Provide field-based technical support for Raymarine, Raymarine Commercial, FLIR, Maretron, and Octoplex products.
• Support customers across Italy and other territories managed by Raymarine Italia, including neighboring regions.
• Diagnose and resolve product-related technical issues efficiently and professionally.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers requiring technical assistance and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal Customer Service and technical teams to resolve complex cases.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, product demonstrations, and promotional events.
• Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, installers, and end users.
