Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, validate, and maintain instruments, delivering expert on-site and remote support across Italy and occasional travel to Europe. You will work with the Customer Service team to ensure customer satisfaction and Bruker’s professional image.

You will travel for installations, training, troubleshooting, and maintenance in microbiology and diagnostics, blending hands-on technical work with strong customer service commitments.

Qualifications

• Field service experience with customer-facing roles.
• Ability to learn rapidly and work with scientific instruments.
• Experience with microbiology or diagnostic products is a plus.
• Valid driving license for Italy and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, test, and train operators on Bruker instruments.
• Provide on-site and remote technical, software, and application support.
• Travel within Italy and occasionally abroad for installations and service.
• Coordinate with customers and team during site planning for installation.
• Perform breakdown maintenance and scheduled service at customer sites.
