Cytiva invites applications for a Field Service Engineer role based in Italy, preferably Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany, with a fully remote setup. You will support installation, qualification, preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs, while promoting service contracts and pursuing revenue opportunities.

The position offers a base salary with a 12% bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Education in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• English is required and ability to travel up to 70% within territory.

Mansioni

• Represent the company to our clients.
• Plan and execute service activities at the customer's site.
• Manage own stock and work orders.
• Assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs.
