Job summary
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Field Service Engineer II (IC-LC-MS) to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex IC-LC-MS instruments across Italy. The role involves on-site work, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and travel across Italy with a focus on Campania.

Qualifications
- Degree in Chemistry, Electronics, Engineering or related field with 2–3 years of experience.
- Experience with Ion and LC-MS or related chromatography/mass spectrometry is a plus.
- Strong electronics and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read technical docs and schematics.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and validate IC-LC-MS instruments on-site.
- Maintain parts inventory and tools; schedule jobs by priority.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
- Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation.
- Report service activities with detailed documentation.
