Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support installation, maintenance, repair and upgrade of Illumina instrument systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site customer support.
• Coordinate service requests and drive timely resolutions.
• Assist with new instrument installations, including inspections and validation.
• Maintain service-parts inventory to support interventions.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing on system placements, upgrades and renewals.
• Build relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Participate in projects while expanding technical knowledge.
