Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical secondary school diploma, preferably in Electronics.
• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Good command of English (minimum B1).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service at customer sites within Lombardy and parts of Northeastern Italy; travel as required.
• Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments per procedures.
• Manage spare parts inventory for assigned equipment.
• Ensure high level of customer care and satisfaction.
• Document service activities using SAP/CRM.
