Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Italy to install, qualify, service and repair lab equipment, supporting customers across biotech and diagnostics. You’ll travel within the territory, plan service activities, manage stock and work orders, and contribute to revenue programs while upholding Cytiva's service standards.

Competenze

• Education: Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Technical skills: Very good mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshooting.
• English is required.
• Ability to travel: 70% travel and overnight stay within territory.

Mansioni

• Represent the company to our clients.
• Plan and execute service activities at the customer's site.
• Manage own stock and work orders.
• Participate in sales opportunities and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs.
