Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, qualify, maintain, calibrate and repair biotech equipment across customer sites in Italy. You will promote service contracts, manage spare stock and work orders, and support revenue programs while traveling up to 70% with overnight stays.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering (or similar), have at least two years in a related role, speak English, and are willing to travel.

Competenze

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field/position
• Very good mechanical and electrical skills with troubleshooting experience
• English required and ability to travel up to 70%

Mansioni

• Represent Cytiva to clients and coordinate with customers on-site
• Plan and execute service activities at customer sites
• Manage own stock and work orders efficiently
• Support sales opportunities and promote revenue programs
