Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Italy (Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany) with remote work options. You will install, qualify, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment while promoting service contracts and identifying revenue opportunities. 70% travel and overnight stays are required.
Minimum 2 years in a similar role, degrees in Biomedical/Electrical/Automation fields, and strong mechanical/electrical and English skills are essential. A company car and benefits are included.
Competenze
- Education: Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Technical skills: Very good mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshooting.
- English is required.
- Ability to travel: 70% travel and overnight stay within territory.
Mansioni
- Represent the company to our clients at the customer's site.
- Plan and execute service activities at the customer's site.
- Manage own stock and work orders.
- Participate in sales opportunities and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs.
