Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Sales Representative in Italy to grow our stationery market share through focused store visits and strong customer relationships. You will drive distribution, manage promotions, and coordinate with marketing and customer service to respond to market signals.

Role involves home-based work with a defined routing plan, four days on the field per week, and occasional travel. English proficiency and a university degree are required; a driving license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• University degree required.

• Previous sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit a defined number of stores within a sales area to grow market share of BIC products in Stationery.
• Develop relationships with existing customers and grow distribution according to policy.
• Prospect new business within the sales area to ensure future growth.
• Improve product visibility and overall presentation to boost sales.
• Process orders via Siebel(Xtel) for ranges and promotions.
• Provide product knowledge to buyers and store staff.
• Communicate with Marketing and Customer Service to stay aligned with market signals.
