Job summary

BIC World invites applications for a Sales Representative role based in Italy, Lombardia. This hybrid position focuses on expanding the Stationery category by visiting stores, developing distribution, and improving shelf visibility.

You will work closely with Marketing and Customer Service, report to the Regional Sales Manager, and follow the BIC Italy Field Sales Model. The role requires a university degree, good English, driving license, and willingness to travel four days a week.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Good English level.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Driving license required.
• Travel availability: 4 days per week.
• PC skills: Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Team spirit and drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Visit a defined number of stores within a sales area to grow market share of BIC Stationery products.
• Establish relationships with existing customers and expand distribution in line with BIC sales policy.
• Ensure future business through constant prospecting within the sales area.
• Optimize product visibility and presentation to increase sales.
• Process orders through Siebel(Xtel) for permanent ranges and promotions.
• Report activities, results and experiences to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Work from home following routing plan and BIC Italy Field Sales Model; ensure 4 days out of 5 presence on the field.
