Job summary

BIC World is seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to lead the Stationers channel field sales team in Italy. You will develop and implement sales strategies, manage a team of regional account managers and sales representatives, and drive growth across the Italian market.

You will build strong relationships with distributors and retail partners, monitor performance KPIs, and collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure successful execution of sales plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field is required; master's preferred.
• Proven FMCG/CPG field sales management experience in Italy.
• Strong leadership and track record of high-performing teams.
• Excellent Italian market knowledge and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for Italy's Stationers channel.
• Lead and coach regional account managers and sales reps.
• Optimize territory management to maximize market penetration.
