Job summary

BIC World is seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to lead the Stationers channel field sales team in Italy. You will develop strategies, manage a regional team, and foster key customer relationships to grow market share.

Ideal candidates will hold a business/marketing degree, possess FMCG field sales leadership, and be fluent in Italian with English proficiency. This role is based in Italy with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required.
• Proven field sales management experience in FMCG/CPG.
• Stationers/traditional trade experience a plus.
• Strong leadership and track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent Italian, proficient English.
• Strong data analysis and ability to interpret sales trends.
• Proficient with sales management software/CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow BIC products in the Italian market.
• Lead, train, and motivate the field sales team; monitor performance.
• Territory management to maximize market penetration.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers.
• Track KPIs and provide reports/forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with sales and finance on budgets and costs.
• Coordinate with marketing, customer service and supply chain.
