Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field.
• Experience in technical support or application engineering.
• Strong understanding of electro-mechanical components, pneumatics, and motion control.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor) and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key technical partner to customers and tailor solutions.
• Translate customer needs into standard application and project solutions.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell solutions.
• Manage product selection, system configuration, and basic design.
• Prepare technical solution packages with CAD, BOMs, and specs.
• Participate in customer meetings with Sales and Senior AE.
• Visit customers and support key commercial activities.
• Ensure solutions meet manufacturing capabilities, quality and cost.
• Support quality investigations and documentation.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events.
