Job summary

RINA is recruiting for an Italy Marine Technical Support Junior Engineer to join the Napoli office within the Mediterranean and Africa Marine Division. The position targets an entry-level professional ready to contribute to maritime safety, regulatory compliance, and technical support for shipowners and clients.

You will collaborate with senior engineers and naval architects to troubleshoot issues, prepare technical reports, and support KPI data analysis while upholding industry safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with analysing KPI data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to shipowners, operators, and clients regarding compliance with classification rules and general marine engineering issues.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and clients to troubleshoot technical issues, recommend solutions, and address any non-compliance or deficiencies identified during inspections.
• Support the maintenance of detailed KPI data of surveys, inspections, and technical assessments; assist in preparing reports and data documenting findings and recommendations.
• Work with a team of senior engineers, naval architects, and other professionals to deliver high-quality technical support and classification services.
• Promote safety awareness and ensure activities align with industry safety standards.
