Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, a leading provider of advanced sensing solutions, seeks a Product Support Specialist to deliver field-based technical support for Raymarine and related brands in Italy. You will diagnose issues, assist OEM boat builders, dealers, and end users, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong IT and electrical knowledge, and frequent travel across Italy and nearby regions.

Competenze

Tech or scientific qualification or equivalent.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good understanding of electrical and electronic systems.

Mansioni

Provide field-based technical support for Raymarine, Raymarine Commercial, FLIR, Maretron, and Octoplex products.
Support customers across Italy and other territories managed by Raymarine Italia, including Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, and Malta.
Diagnose and resolve product-related technical issues efficiently and professionally.
Act as the main point of contact for customers requiring technical assistance and after-sales support.
Collaborate closely with internal Customer Service and technical teams to resolve complex cases.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, product demonstrations, and promotional events.
Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, installers, and end users.
