Teledyne Technologies Incorporated’s Raymarine division is seeking a Product Support Specialist to serve OEM boat builders, dealers, and end users across Italy and nearby regions. You will provide field-based technical support, diagnose issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role involves travel throughout Italy and occasional travel to other European Mediterranean countries, handling after-sales support and participating in trade shows and product

Competenze

• Technical or scientific qualification (degree or secondary school diploma).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive approach with strong initiative and self-motivation. Good level of English.
• Proficient with IT systems and standard computer applications.

Mansioni

• Provide field-based technical support for Raymarine, Raymarine Commercial, FLIR, Maretron, and Octoplex products.
• Support customers across Italy and other territories managed by Raymarine Italia, including Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, and Malta.
• Diagnose and resolve product-related technical issues efficiently and professionally.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers requiring technical assistance and after-sales support.
• Collaborate closely with internal Customer Service and technical teams to resolve complex cases.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, product demonstrations, and promotional events.
• Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, installers, and end users.
