Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Hardware Immuno System Technical Support Specialist. The role focuses on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of diagnostic hardware, with emphasis on immunoassay systems knowledge a plus. Remote-based with approx.

70% travel across Europe. Candidates should hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering or related field, with at least 3 years in technical support for hardware in medical devices.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support for hardware systems in diagnostics/medical devices.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Provide expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems, immunoassay knowledge considered a plus.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate with local engineers for on-site or virtual support.
