Job summary

Hästens is seeking a New Business Development Manager to expand our European presence by identifying new retail partners and securing long-term store partnerships. You will own the full sales cycle, travel extensively across your territory, and develop partnerships that meet Hästens’ store standards.

Fluency in English and a proven top-performer with a hunter mentality are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or outside sales.
• Proven track record of ranking among top performers.
• Willingness to travel extensively in territory (~4 days/week).
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new retail partners for Hästens.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Identify potential partners through networks of architects, designers, developers, and entrepreneurs.
• Qualify partners based on financial capacity and location potential.
• Master the territory by field visits and face-to-face meetings.
• Take full ownership of the pipeline and drive new business growth.
