Job summary

Hästens is seeking a New Business Development Manager to expand across Europe by identifying new partners and securing long-term store partnerships. The role is a high-performance hunter position demanding field presence and a proven sales record.

You'll travel extensively (about four days a week) to meet prospective partners, qualify opportunities, and drive store network growth. English fluency is required; other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, outside sales, or a similar sales role.
• Proven track record of ranking within the top 10% of your previous sales force over a 12-month period.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout your territory (approximately four days per week).
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• A valid full driving licence (Category B).
• The right to live and work in the country of your territory.
• Fluent English. Additional European languages are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new retail partners for Hästens
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing
• Identify potential retail partners through networks of architects, interior designers, property developers, and entrepreneurs
• Qualify prospective partners based on financial capacity, location potential, and their ability to meet Hästens’ store standards
• Master your territory by spending time in the field and meeting prospects face-to-face
• Take full ownership of your pipeline and consistently drive new business growth
