Job summary

Copeland is seeking an Account Executive Europe to join our Cargo Solutions team. This remote role based in Southern Europe (Spain, Italy) focuses on driving sustainable growth across Europe by developing new business and strengthening customer relationships.

You will work with retailers, 3PLs, and producers to protect product quality and brand integrity in the cold chain. Travel up to 50% across Europe is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in business development, account management or sales in cold chain/logistics.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities across Europe.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts with a consultative approach.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Monitor market trends and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent Copeland at industry events and meetings.
