Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager for the EMEA region. This fully remote role focuses on designing scalable training and education programs for internal service teams and external customers across multiple countries.

You will develop curricula, leverage modern learning approaches, and coordinate delivery with partners to enhance product adoption and customer experience. English fluency and a strong background in training are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Learning & Development, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, Service Enablement, or a related function.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
